I used this template last week for teaching Year 10 students how to draw a straight line graph from a table of values, without having to worry about drawing axes correctly (also an important skill, but not one I wanted to focus on that lesson).
I drew it on SMART Board, and then copied and pasted it into a word document (2 per page). They stuck the finished sheets into their books.
